By creating an account or submitting an investment application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are legally eligible to use the service, and that you have reviewed the applicable plan terms and risk disclosures.
Applications and payments
Applications are subject to verification and administrator approval. A submission is not active until payment and approval are confirmed in the portal. Do not send funds using instructions that do not appear in the secure portal or official administrator communications.
Risk acknowledgement
Investment values and returns may involve risk. Estimated returns are projections based on the selected plan and are not a guarantee unless a binding written agreement states otherwise.
Withdrawals and account use
Withdrawals are subject to available balance, verification, configured limits, fees, review procedures, and applicable law. Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised use may result in suspension.
Operator review required
The site operator must review and adapt these terms for its jurisdiction, products, licences, and business model before accepting real funds.
